- Original receipt is required for all exchanges.
- Eligible merchandise may be exchanged or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- No refunds.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all card purchases.
- Nose piercings
- Custom name plates
- Any item that has been sized, altered, customized, or adjusted to fit the customer
- Any item that has already been exchanged once
- Items that have already been exchanged once and are approved for a second exchange will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
