- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom and made-to-order pieces require extended processing time.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available within the United States on diamond purchases only.
Delivery Time
Delivery time begins once the package has been picked up from our location — not from the date the order is placed.
- All shipping timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).
- Saturday delivery is not available.
Signature & Insurance
For security purposes:
- Adult signature is required on all jewelry shipments.
- All shipments are fully insured.
Your shipment is covered under an insurance policy that provides protection against loss, theft, or damage while in transit.
Holiday & Carrier Delays
- We do not guarantee delivery dates during holidays.
- Delivery timelines depend on carrier operations and schedules.
- Nouri's Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.
- Nouri's Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returns Policy
